Section 504 Manual The Section 504 Process Manual Training is a comprehensive, practice-focused session designed to support district and school leaders in implementing legally sound, equitable, and consistent Section 504 practices.
 
Participants will engage in a step-by-step walkthrough of the Section 504 Process Manual, gaining clarity on compliance requirements, eligibility determinations, evaluation procedures, accommodation planning, and ongoing monitoring responsibilities. This training emphasizes application, helping leaders move beyond theory to build systems that are defensible, student-centered, and aligned with federal regulations.
 
Who should attend?
This session is designed for administrators, special education leaders, 504 coordinators, and school 504 teams. This session will strengthen district and school practices and procedures, which will strengthen decision-making, reduce procedural errors, and promote equitable access to educational opportunities for students with disabilities. 
 
Attendees will leave with increased confidence, practical tools, and a clearer understanding of how to implement and sustain effective Section 504 processes across their schools and districts.
 
Schedule for each session: 11:00 AM-2:30 PM (Central Time) with a 15-minute break
