CASE participates in various coalitions with shared missions, goals, and values. Engaging with partners strengthens CASE's advocacy efforts for our members and the field of special education.



Committee for Education Funding To increase the federal investment in public education
National Alliance for Medicaid in Education, Inc.  NAME champions collaboration, integrity, and growth for school-based Medicaid.
National Alliance of Specialized Instructional Support Personnel To elevate the role of SISP, promote collaboration among the professions, reduce barriers to learning, and ensure sufficient personnel are available in schools to serve all students
Title IV-A Coalition To advocate for full funding and successful implementation of the Student Support and Academic Achievement Block Grant (ESSA)
State & Local K-12 Coalition This coalition was created in response to the COVID pandemic and continues to address critical issues in the field  
National Coalition for Public Education  To advocate for keeping public funds in public education
National Coalition on Personnel Shortages in Special Education and Related Services To address special education personnel shortages, disseminating resources and best practices, Hill advocacy

Friends of IES (Institute of Education Sciences) To support the work of IES, the research arm of the US Department of Education, including the National Center on Special Education Research (NCSER)
Education Big Table To bring together education, disability, civil rights, religious, and other interested groups to share information on legislative and DOE activities
