Note: Individual registrations must be paid by credit card at the time of registration. Purchase orders are accepted only for group registrations of 10 or more; please email [email protected] for instructions on submitting a purchase order. Refund requests, minus a 25% administrative fee, will be granted if received in writing or by email at least one month before the event. Refunds will not be issued for requests received after that date.
