The 4th Annual CASE 504 Virtual Conference
Already since last year's Conference, there has been a great deal of activity worthy of review from the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and the courts addressing claims of disability discrimination under 504 and the ADA. Obviously, should there be any release of the proposed 504 regulations between now and then, any impact on 504 practices will also be highlighted. Make plans now for your 504 school and administrative teams to attend this annual event!
