CASE Annual Membership Meeting
The CASE Annual Membership Meeting was held virtually on April 11, 2025. CASE President, Kevin Rubenstein, began the meeting with a warm welcome: engaging the membership and asking members to share "book recommendations and binge worthy shows". Section 504 Process Manual

Statement of Appreciation for DADD’s Response to HHS Secretary Kennedy’s Comments
The Council of Administrators of Special Education (CASE) extends our appreciation to our colleagues at the Division on Autism and Developmental Disabilities (DADD) for their position statement regarding recent comments made by U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kennedy.
DADD’s response reflects a deep commitment to upholding the dignity, rights, and humanity of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As leaders and advocates in the field of special education, we stand in solidarity with DADD’s message and applaud their continued leadership in promoting inclusion of individuals on the autism spectrum.
CASE encourages all members and stakeholders to read and reflect on the DADD position statement. It serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of respectful, informed dialogue when addressing the needs and experiences of individuals with disabilities.
