Discipline Boot Camp, Virtual Event

Take the opportunity to participate in the CASE Discipline Boot Camp featuring Julie Weatherly, Esq. This event with include the ins and outs of discipline regarding students with disabilities including general rules under IDEA and Section 504, practical application regarding removals (i.e., bus suspension, in-school suspension, and other "informal exclusions"), defensible manifestation determinations and application of the 45-day "special circumstances" regarding dangerous weapons, illegal drugs, and serious bodily injuries.
