Food
At CASE, we value the feedback shared by our conference attendees. Many participants have expressed a desire for more time dedicated to professional learning—such as additional concurrent and poster sessions—rather than extended meal periods. In response, we’ve thoughtfully adjusted the 2025 CASE Conference schedule to provide more opportunities for learning and collaboration, while streamlining meal and snack offerings to make the most of our time together.

The CASE Conference will provide designated breakfast and lunch options located within the Exhibit Hall. See these details in the noted schedule below. Additionally, water stations will be available throughout the convention center for attendees to refill personal water bottles. Participants are encouraged to bring a reusable bottle to take advantage of this convenience.
